WordPress pluginsfor conventions & trade fairs

Two plugins · one data set

What’s on when, and who’s where.

One plugin puts a convention’s program on the website, on phones and on screens outside the halls. The other presents the exhibitors with a directory and a clickable hall plan. Each works on its own. When both run, program items know their exhibitors and exhibitors know their sessions.

Both product pages include a live demo running the real plugin code, front end and WordPress admin. The event in them, the “Seitenwind Convention 2026”, is fictional and the same in both demos.

Convention Schedule & Program Planner

Hundreds of program items on many stages as one plan visitors understand at a glance.

  • Calendar and timetable. Tiles or list, a timetable grid with a “now” line, a compact card for blog posts.
  • Live ticker. What’s on now at the top, what’s next with a countdown, switching on the minute without reloading.
  • Speaker directory. Profiles with sessions, links and their own detail view.
  • Favorites without an account. To the phone by QR code, into the calendar as an iCal file.
  • Admin for the team. Master Editor, dashboard with data checks, CSV import and a public REST API.

Add-on Room Monitor & Kiosk Hub: a screen outside every hall that keeps working offline and switches on the minute, plus a start screen where each device finds its display.

Event Exhibitor Manager

Who’s here, what’s on offer, where’s the booth: exhibitors as a directory and as a hall plan.

  • Directory. Grid or table, search and filters by type, category, location, country and products, featured exhibitors.
  • Interactive hall plan. Every booth is one click away, floors from one file as tabs, zoom by button, mouse wheel or two fingers.
  • Pop-up or detail page. Logo, booth, country with flag, products, gallery and contact.
  • Ready to print. Plan with list, an A–Z list or a booth sign for each exhibitor.
  • Admin for the team. Dashboard with data checks, bulk editor, quick-start wizard, CSV import and a public API.

Hall Plan Designer add-on: draw hall plans right in WordPress – floors, rooms, whole booth rows – and drag exhibitors onto their booth with the mouse.

Together

Program and exhibitors know each other

With both plugins active, you link a program item to an exhibitor once in the admin. From then on, both sides show the connection on their own.

In the calendar

Exhibitor on the program item

The detail view shows the linked exhibitor with logo, type and country. One click opens its pop-up, right from the program.

In the calendar

Hall plan for the room

The calendar takes the plan from the exhibitor plugin and highlights the room in color, zoomable in the detail view and in the timetable.

In the exhibitor directory

Program items on the exhibitor

An exhibitor’s details list its program items as tiles. A filter shows exhibitors with or without a session.

On the speaker page

Sessions and booths

Anyone who speaks and exhibits has both on their page, split into upcoming and past.
