Besides booth number and description, contact details are the most valuable information for fair guests. The “Contact & Social Details” section of the edit screen has 28 fields – all optional.
The contact block

|---|---|
| Contact person | “Contact: name” in the detail view. |

| Phone | As a call link for smartphones. |
| Address | Multi-line, as entered. |
| Internal info page | A page of your own website or a path like /info/, e.g. with set-up instructions. |
The 24 link platforms

Dashboard
If all 28 fields stay empty, the dashboard reports the exhibitor under “Missing Contact Info” – one of the two red tiles.
Personal data and the API
The public API only passes on contact person, phone, address and email if you explicitly switch on the “Contact details” and “Email addresses” data scopes – see API tab.
