Exhibitor Manager DOCS & HELP

Admin Dashboard & 11-Point Check

The one page that tells you whether your exhibitor data is presentable. You reach it under Exhibitors → Dashboard – the first menu item and the best starting point for every working day.

The dashboard: event filter and welcome banner with Quick Add Wizard, import and settings at the top; the four key figures, the audit tiles and the insights below.

Structure

  1. 1
    Event filter

Top right. Limits all figures, audit tiles, insights and their exports to one fair.

  2. 2
    Welcome banner

Shows the number of exhibitors and leads to the Quick Add Wizard, the import and the settings.

  3. 3
    General overview

Four key figures – see below.

  4. 4
    Data completeness & audit

The audit tiles. Green means done, yellow and red show open points.

  5. 5
    Insights & distributions

    Four rankings with CSV export.

The four key figures

TileMeaning
Total eventsHow many fairs exist. If an event is selected at the top, this shows 1.
Total exhibitorsAll published exhibitors, with “of which n featured” below. The icon in the corner downloads “Export All Exhibitors” as CSV.
Total locationsHow many halls and rooms exist.
Global favoritesHow often guests clicked a heart in total – counted anonymously.
Total locations with a single fair selected

The tile counts correctly as long as “– All Events –” is selected at the top. With a single fair it also counts types, categories, products and countries and shows too high a number. Rely on Exhibitors → Locations then.

The audit tiles

TileColorWhat happens if you don’t fix it
Unassigned EventredEntries that neither belong to an event nor are one themselves. They appear in no list and no plan. The tile only shows up if such entries exist and can’t be deselected.
Missing LogoredThe tile shows the placeholder (type image or default image). Only the missing featured image is counted.
Missing Contact InforedNone of the 28 contact and link fields filled.
Unassigned HallyellowThe exhibitor can’t be assigned to any hall plan.
Missing Booth #yellowNot findable on the plan, the booth sign lacks the number.
Missing DescriptionyellowThe detail view has nothing to say.
Missing TypeyellowNo accent color, no fallback logo, can’t be filtered by type.
Missing CategoryyellowHarder to find, no badge on the tile.
Missing ProductsyellowOnly matters if you use the product filter.
Missing CountryyellowNo flag, not in the country filter.
Missing Sales at BoothyellowThe exhibitor appears under “No information” in the filter.
Missing GalleryyellowThe detail view has no product images.

When the counter is 0, the tile turns green.

Working through an audit tile

  1. 1
    “Show details”

On a tile with a number above zero. A window lists the affected exhibitors – at most 100 at once; if there are more, reopen the list after working through it.

  2. 2
    Edit

Leads straight to the edit screen.

  3. 3
    Back

The counter drops on the next page load.

With many entries

the detour via the Mass Editor pays off – there you change them all at once.

Screen options

“Screen Options”: which audit tiles are visible and whether tiles with a value of 0 are hidden.

If you don’t use products or countries, untick them – otherwise those tiles would permanently show a high number. “Hide cards with a count of 0” leaves only what is really open. The choice applies to your own account only.

The four insights

CardContent
Top 10 Most FavoritedThe exhibitors saved most often; each name leads to editing.
Category DistributionHow your exhibitors spread over the categories. A click opens the Mass Editor pre-filtered to this category.
Exhibitor TypesThe same for types.
Location OverviewThe same for halls and rooms – good for checking occupancy before set-up.

The icon at the top right downloads the complete list as CSV, not just the ten rows shown. The exports follow the event selected at the top; the favorites export also has an “Event” column. The delimiter here is always the comma.

The Quick Add Wizard

The Quick Add Wizard, step 1 of 6. The green bar shows progress.

Six steps: basic information, location & booths (each hall with its rooms indented), logo & gallery, classification, description, contact & social with all 24 link platforms. In the last step the button says “Create Exhibitor” – the entry is published immediately and you land in its edit screen. Add products, country and “Sales at booth” there; they are not part of the wizard.

What the wizard is for

Individual latecomers. For the initial fill use the import, for changes to many entries the Mass Editor.
