Program Planner DOCS & HELP

Main Calendar [event_calendar]

The shortcode [event_calendar] is the main view for your program page: photo cards or a compact list, with day tabs, live search and filters.

The calendar in grid view: days at the top, then search, venue and category filters, plus the buttons for view, “Upcoming only” and favorites.

What your guests do here

  1. 1
    Pick a day

A click on a tab such as “Saturday, 17.10.2026” hides everything that does not take place on that day.

  2. 2
    Search and filter

The search covers titles, descriptions and people as you type. The “All Venues” and “All Categories” drop-downs allow multiple choices.

  3. 3
    Switch the view

“Grid” shows large cards with images, “List” a compact table. “Upcoming only” hides what is over.

  4. 4
    Save and share

The heart adds a session to the personal favorites – no account needed. “My Favorites” shows only saved sessions; the icon next to it shares the list via QR code.

  5. 5
    Open details

A click on a card opens the detail view – as a page of its own or as a pop-up, depending on your settings.

The same data in list view – compact and easy to scan.
