Event Exhibitor Manager is the exhibitor plugin for consumer fairs, conventions, in-house shows and trade conferences – wherever many exhibitors are spread over booths in several halls.
The core idea: maintain once, correct everywhere
You maintain each exhibitor exactly once. Directory, hall plan and print all draw from it. If an exhibitor moves to another hall, you change the booth number in one place – the exhibitor list, the hall plan, the printed booth list and the booth sign are all correct at once.
- 1You enter
Name, event, booth number, hall, type and category – once per exhibitor.
- 2The plugin organizes
It sorts by name, builds the filters from the values in use and connects booth numbers to the plan.
- 3A shortcode displays it
A short snippet decides where directory and hall plan appear.
- 4Every output is current
Website, phone and printout show the same state – without anyone updating anything.
Four outputs from one data set
| Output | What your guests get |
|---|---|
| Exhibitor directory | Tiles with logo or a table with booth numbers, plus search, filters, favorites and optionally a row of featured exhibitors. |
| Hall plan | Your hall drawing as an interactive image: zoom in, pan, tap a booth and see who is there. |
| Detail view | Per exhibitor a description, gallery, contact details, up to 24 link platforms and – with the calendar plugin – their sessions. |
| Hall plan with booth list and one booth sign per exhibitor, paginated, straight from the browser. |
On top come the guest favorites list (no login, shareable by QR code), the dashboard with data quality and favorite statistics, and a public, read-only REST API for fair apps and partner websites.
One fair = one event
The data model is simple: an event (e.g. “Comic Con 2026”) is an entry without a parent; it carries the hall plans. Each exhibitor is an entry with exactly one event above it. Both live under Exhibitors → Exhibitors; only the “Event” field decides what an entry is.
A shortcode such as [event_exhibitor_list parent_id="12"] shows all exhibitors of this event. Anyone exhibiting at two fairs gets two entries – in return, booth number, hall and text may differ per fair.

Together with the calendar plugin
If Convention Schedule & Program Planner is active too, the exhibitor page shows the exhibitor’s sessions, the session shows its exhibitor and the speaker page shows the booth. More under Linking with program & speakers.
